Data Log

The original idea was to include a data log which would scroll down the screen at all times, representing the computer system’s take on the events that unfold. As the viruses affected the character’s memories i would move to the system as whole before the whole thing shuts down. The data log would fill us in on the technical details of whats going on and also represent the actions and decisions of the theoretical person using this. The way I have been interpreting this has been varying from an all out, constantly scrolling logs to more simple ms dos typing.

I’ve come to conclusion the latter is my best option for a few reasons. If you were using this then the constant data would become a slight informaion overload and frustrate. Also time wise I can convey as mouch information with a few simple lines of computer log and it will be more succinct, more effecient like a computer would be!
