Underground Platform

Hi

On top of things and was having a lazy sunday afternoon so thought I’d spend some time do a possible design for the tube station at the start of the film. Chris and myself discussed on thursday the idea of using quite high quality rendered backgrounds so I thought I’d try something out. This is a digital painting I did with some textures  from photo’s I found off the web of tube stations. I think it works quite well and is quite dramatic. Some of the images were low res so got a bit low qaulity, if we were to take this approach it would a good idea to go take the image oursleves. Main thing with this style is will it work with the characters and chris’ style? Hopefully we can see soon. Chris let me know how you feel about this appraoch and if you think you got the time to do sometihng like this. If anything its a good guide for the framing of this shot I was looking to go with!
